•  Trusted confidential shredding discarded in the proper locked bin (must have locked shredding bin on site).·

Commercial Bathroom – bathroom with multiple stalls/urinals and sinks.

· Disinfecting all surfaces including toilets, urinals (detailed), stall walls, doors, wall spots, fixtures, cabinets, outlets/switches, etc.

Elevators

Stair wells

· Dusting all surfaces high & low

· Disinfecting all doors, wall spots, kickplates handles & knobs

Trash Area Clean Up

· Sweeping or blowing trash area includes moving movable dumpsters and removing all debris.

· Wiping on tops of recycling bins

· Informing you of large furniture left on property (by request)

Grounds Clean Up

· Walking property perimeter and picking up debris and cigarette butts.
